Autonomic neuropathy

Been to the diabetes specialist and a long with several other problems they have diagnosed me with autonomic neuropathy. This was earlier last week and then yesterday i bent over and collapsed. Suddenly my head felt funny and legs went. Ambulance came and run a few test which showed all the signs for autonomic neuropathy. Really not feeling good today. Feel exhausted and just want to lay and rest. My bloods just keep shooting up as soon as the novarapid wears off. I take 25 units of lantus in the morning and same at night, but still no matter what I eat good or bad my bloods go sky high.
Can't seem to get any sleep really either just broken sleep.
