Sorrry for delay in repying..
I had passed out and was admitted to hospital with kidney infection..i explained i had been having these dizzy spells with naseau but mostly during the night...whilst in hospital i wore a heart monitor and had 2 recordings of fast heart rate..plus low blood pressure..dr mentioned autonomic neuropathy..
