I have taken hundreds of readings over nine months, entered into a spreadsheet, and calculated the average readings in various timeslots.
Interestingly, the deviation in any specific timeslot from the average for that time of day is very small.
I am careful with my low carb diet but I find that exercise is the most inflential factor in driving down readings.
I exercise most before dinner.
I have got down to 5.3 with intense swimming for an hour but have never gone any lower.
So it has got to the stage now where my meter results are mainly predicable.
Has anyone make similar calculations?
