You can convert from one to another. There are two commonly used calcs, based on trialling, and another less often used called the Nathan formula. probably others too. I use the Nathan formula on a TRUE average, having worked out areas under curves on my graphs of BGs. The others are supposed to be used on just the average of meter readings. They are fraught with difficulty though, as we all have different glycation rates, the accuracy of our meters is poor, we test at different times and on different numbers of occasions, and so on. Probably best to use your numbers as they are as a reflection of your control, and wait to get the proper HbA1c result at yout next test. Your numbers are looking good!
