Please could anyone tell me what a whole avocado weighing 140g should be? Carbs & Cals says 3g, but on my fitness app I have tried 3 different entries and they vary from 11 - 16g. Quite a difference I'm sure you'd agree.
Isn't myfitnesspal based on the American way of calculating carbs, ie. they include fibre, whereas we don't? That's the main reason I've never bothered to sign up for that site or use it to track my intake, though a lot of people seem to swear by it.
