at the moment im taking b12 jab every 3 months does seem to be any good would b12 tablets be any better im t2 thanks

Hi @henrysxxxx

This is best discussed with your GP or whoever takes care of your diabetes as we can’t give medical advice on the forum. I assume that if you’re getting B12 injections then you are getting these at your GP surgery?
