Back after a long time!!!

Hi all, sorry not been on for such a long time, think my last post was back in June last year. The reason is I've been caring for my wife who was terminally ill with cancer and who unfortunately died in March, so it's been really tough and although I'll learn to cope with it but I'll never get over her.

Obviously I've been really struggling with my sugars over the last twelve months or so and haven't even been able to go to the diabetic clinic in the same period of time due to caring necessities.

Anyway sorry to waffle but I've been looking at all the posts and they're quite interesting so hopefully I can maybe contribute smoothing from now on.

Once again sorry to go on so much!!
