Back on track!

After a rough few days now back on track,surprising what can effect your Diabetes. Already explained I have Alzheimer's,most of the times it does not affect diabetes, but when I get sundowners it does! Mainly I think because it's so stressful.!
Was amazing today to have full fat Greek yogurt with raspberries,always had reduced fat for years! What a difference, looking forward to more taste adventures
At the moment mainly reading and learning,but enjoying it xx
