I am due to have my diabetic retinopathy screening on 18th July and I'm really nervous because last year was the first time since I've had diabetes that they found 'background retinopathy'. Is this just going to get worse (hope not) or can it disappear? I am really trying hard now to lose weight and get my levels under better control. Thanks
