When switching from basaglar to toujeo
Is the dose the same?

Yes.
The strength per volume is different but the pen has been adapted to that.

So it's the same amount of units.

Does 1 box equal 1500 units total?
Of toujeo..
300 a pen?

No, Toujeo has 300 insulin units per ml (U300). There is 3 ml in a pen.
So each pen holds 900 units of insulin.

If your box has 5 pens, the box holds a total of 4500 units.
