Salter scales are as good as any on the market.

most are ok. It
does not matter much if they are accurate just the change that matters.

I'd agree with @this is too difficult initially, if weight loss is the objective Now that I am trying to stabilise, but am open to increasing a little muscle, my scales offer me more information, when in need or want it. I have the Omron BF511, and like it.
