Well what a week I have had week on Sunday I fell backwards down the stairs and broke my hearing aid in my ear, the ear bled profusely, the lump on my head was massive, I also hurt my back and chest and insides which are still darn sore, my left arm and shoulder was swollen and Paramedics were called. I was taken to DRI, a CT scan and x rays followed which told them nothing was broken and that I was one lucky lady as the Paramedics was sure I had broken my arm and shoulder. I had a week from hell in pain and feeling sick from all the paracetamols I was taking. I went for a follow up appointment to DRI Fracture clinic and have been told I got a fracture in left wrist and have to wear a splint for weeks, was I a lucky Lady I think maybe I am just need to get better now so can get back to walking 5 to6 miles day again.... so be careful everyone out there luckily levels not been too bad but need get them better after this ordeal.
