Thank you, Madam, for your adviceGood lesson learnt there, @hichamgsm No more bread for you for a while.
This is why we say test before and 2 hours after, so you can learn which foods your body can tolerate.
Try the Lidl protein rolls, if you slice them into halves and then pop the halves into the toaster to warm them up, they taste just as good as bread but they don't raise people's bloodsugar. I often don't even have to take insulin to cover those.
I LOVE using large lettuce leaves to wrap around my sandwich fillings.I have not tasted it for a week and it also causes problems in my body so I don't need bread
No I think not available hereDo they have Lidl in Morocco? Perhaps they do.

Sardine meal with oil 134g was 168mg/dl. Now after 2 hours. 112mg/dl
Awesome, thanks. They freeze well (cut them in half first). They will fill that big hole you have in your freezer now you have got rid of all those fish cakes and whatnot.Totally delicious sliced in half, toasted, with loads of butter melting in. I am addicted. There are about 9g carbs per roll.
In the ABSENSE of carbs, protein can turn to bg. Approx 58%
143g milk SB was 112mg/dl. After 2 hours now 104mg/dl
