Late in February I wrote about driving down fasting blood sugars by fasting 3:4 and by consuming fewer carbs. On March 1st, and again yesterday, I measured how quickly blood sugar rose and fell over a three hour period following the ingestion of 60 mL of maple syrup. (I'm Canadian, eh?)
