Beechams active cold relief

Anyone know why we arent supposed to take them and will I explode if I do? (head feels like it could anyway.)

Other than they have a small amount of sugar in them I don't know, I've always had them and found it didn't raise my levels by more than 1mmol

Thanks Hellbunny. Ive taken the plunge so will see what happens.
 
I'm not sure but I thought it was something to do with the caffeine, or am I being confused with when I was pregnant, but it is frustrating when you can't take a simple cold remedy. I'd love to know why, along with why we can't use foot spas!!! I think I'd love them and although never used them I have always assumed its a warning for diabetics who have bad circulation.
Sorry only I can turn a post about Beechams into about foot spas! x

Its ok! Im still here so assume its fine. Also foot spas I believe my consultant said we could use them np (check feet regularly though!)
