I've been struggling recently,when I get up in the morning my mouth is really dry, I have brain for and feel as if someone is banging my head with a hammer also feel very light headed when I go out any advice on what could be causing this
It could be anything to be honest. Do you test your BG levels when you feel like this? That could be informative. Are you drinking enough fluid - dehydration causes headaches and other feelings of weakness. If you are eating low carb are you consuming enough salt and other minerals?
