Very informative post!. No doubt there will be a substantial amount of truth to the 'fat-stomach gene risk of diabetes' science research, though public scepticism may very well reject these claims. It is my opinion that people's body types are so varied that sugar fats for instance, will permeate and gather in the very areas that are already prone to excess weight. I am fortunate in that I have great body symmetry, although overweight, never garner any additional storage of fat anywhere on my body (except) for my bosom. Have no idea why this is the case, yet rarely ever see any female at least, that only has excessive bulges, if you will, in one specific place - typically it appears in various places in many females I encounter if already overweight. This is why any fat-gene theories bemuse me, otherwise I would have a protruding and wide stomach and simply don't. Neither do I work out and do sit-ups, and never climb the scales of weight charts.
