I use the Contour USB Next Meter which is a very good meter and you can download all your results to your PC, Accu-Chek are also good meters and I was using the Nano meter before moving to the Contour.
I can't help with the ketone meter as my GP won't prescribe the strips, says they are far too expensive and the Ketostix are good enough
I posted on the glucose monitoring part of the forum about the reliability of the Bayer Contour Next test strips - the figures Bayer quote are the best I've seen for accuracy & they are validated by some Scandinavian independent adjudicator called SCIPs which Bayer say are like the MHRC used to be (but they don't test monitors any more).
