That is wonderful news @Sparklebright625 , keep up the good work!Hi to all
Since I have been riding my bike better blood sugars all under 10 so I am really pleased now onwards & upwards.
I am going to do this everyday now and see if I can get them a bit lower.
Will be great to tell them at the diabetes clinic when I go.

I stick my headphones on and close my eyes and cycle away, before you know it I have cycled my way through my playlist and chewed up 35 minutes - its great!Hi Thankyou to all.
Oh cool, I have always wanted an adult trike! I am too scared to go on real roads round here, but a trike is more visible and stable.I do have a exercise indoor one with feet on but I've bought an adult trike because I have balance problems so wouldn't feel safe on a 2 wheel bike at the moment but you can convert the trike back to 2 wheels you just take the middle section out.

Lol yes mine are spin bike and recumbent, but I also have a treadmill for winter and run outside in SummerAre these indoor bikes? I think I need recommendations, although I can't decide whether to get a treadmill or a static bike.

Just a bit, just the migraine still niggling again at the moment so reluctant to exert myself too much. My friend has a little walking treadmill that she uses for and hour a day whilst reading her kindle. She has mobility issues and finds this a good way to relax and be a bit more mobile. She was horrified when she saw mine lol - so was I when we got it, second hand too and its a beast! It looks like you have everything covered!
I hope the migraine eases for you, they can be very debilitating. I am considering a small treadmill for the home, your beast sounds great though!Just a bit, just the migraine still niggling again at the moment so reluctant to exert myself too much. Oh yes, good idea about the rowing machine. You are right, these large pieces of equipment are quite expensive. Part of me is wondering if taking my extremely fat self to a gym would be cheaper plus I won't have to worry about the maintenance of the equipment.Or a rowing machine? Rowing is great exercise, uses the core & upper body as well. Only drawback is it's not weightbearing in the same way. Good treadmills, rowing machines & static bikes all seem to be fairly expensive.

I hope to eventually, currently I have mobility issues, so I feel safer exercising inside. How about simple walking, from your front door? It's cheap, and brisk walking - enough to be slightly out of breath - is good exercise albeit not whole body.
