They should do but they never will. Recommending something that is the opposite of what they have been telling people for the last 25+ years would be the same as admitting they have been giving bad advice and would leave the authorities wide open to being sued for the damage their advice has caused. I don't expect to see a change to the recommendations in my grandchildren's lifetimes, let alone my own!

Class actions against food companies would be a good start, if it ever happened.

There are a FEW groups who know that the"Healthy wholegrains" aren't. Also there are a few of us who know that a rainbow DOESN'T have BOTH blue and indigo, just one shade of blue.It will take another generation to change the idea that the books know more than the evidence of our own eyes.
