Hi my BG level range between 6-7 two hour after food which is normal but what if it stay same after 3 hours?. someone said on other forum that my sugar is too high. I am very worried . Is this true? What are normal level after 3,4 hours of food. Thanks .
the nice guidelines for a T2 b4 meals is between 4-7 so I don't see that your readings are high.
to me, you have 2 hours after food and anything afterthat is before food lol
Unless you test regularly at 3 and 4 hours you wont know you own bodies reactions but you could also drive yourself BATTY trying to test all of the time.
It depends what you eat a lot of the time.
If I eat protein, eg. meat or fish, you can be fine at 2 hours and well under the 7 or 8 you are aiming for. But in my experience my levels keep climbing at 3 and sometimes 4 hours as the protein takes longer to digest.
It may therefore be worthwhile checking at times.
