BG levels on a carnivore diet

Well, after my last glorious post my blood glucose started to increase….i was so saddened. My pancreas is just being bad, it is broken after all. I went for my A1C and was sorely disappointed as it went from 6.5 to only 6.2. I thought it was high as my Cgm said it would be 5.9
i have added back a bit of aged cheese as of yesterday and that’s it. I lied…I am also having two small strawberries while they’re in season. I’m continuing on in hopes my stubborn pancreas miraculously heals. Right now my daily average readings are 5.9. I don’t spike but I don’t go down much. I’m attaching my graph for today…ignore the pressure low early in the am.
i go to the gym and walk a lot.
I will not give up…..

My diabetic husband has issues with a protein leak, which worries him (and his dr). Will eating carnivore fix that or make it worse? Should he not attempt carnivore? Thanks in advance.
