Hi my non diabetic daughter has been a little off for a day or two,i tested her bg level 2 hours after her dinner it was 8.5 she has 2 type 1 sisters should this level an early warning

EDIT : Totally misread your post. Sorry!

I'd keep an eye on it and maybe take her to see her GP if you see multiple readings like that

Thank you i checked an hour after dinner and it was 9.9 and 8.5 two hours after will keep an eye on them

Does anyone else in your family have diabetes? If you've other relatives with diabetes and 2x Type 1 children it might be worth being assessed for the possibility of having MODY as there's a strong familial link.

8.5 and below I believe is the range for post prandial readings. Yes do a few more readings. If she has two sisters with Type 1 then it runs in the family. Good luck,
