Hi all
Since diagnosis 5 weeks ago T1 Lada, I've never been below ten when waking up but this morning I get a 7.1 happy chappy

Nice one! How are you feeling with your gradually improving levels? Better in yourself?

I was 21bg for about two weeks and one day washing my car it dropped to 2.1! Five years on and I’m always in good control, still only on metformin
