I know this has probs been done b4 but started playing golf again,my bloods after a game have had a significant drop when I test.
This is the case even the having lucozade normal Coke and some chocolate on the course.
Will have to play golf more often now
What an excuse lol

Hi @James1968 ..
As @Prem51 says, it works for me. I play three times a week, (usually) in all weathers .. and it's not only my BG that's coming down, it's also my handicap .. now playing off a fairly steady twelve

Nice one
When I played probs about 12 years ago I played of nine would love to get back to single figures

I think a bit late for me to take it up now.

Never too late, I started at 60. My handicap is rubbish but I get out in the fresh air, have a long walk, or if in the buggy a lot of stepping up and down (I said my handicap was rubbish) with a fair bit of walking).

I play golf with my wife and friends, so it's a sociable activity as well.

I couldn't contemplate Lucozade, coke or chocolate, perhaps I need to walking faster.

I thought you played every day!
No .. I have to spend some time with my good lady wife .. and my grandchildren .. and they're all worth missing a round of golf for
