Hi I've been on a lchf diet for a few weeks now and would be interested to know how many carbs is regarded as low carb. I've gone from around 150g a day to around 30-40g and have obviously seen a huge drop in insulin intake and also lost quite a bit of weight which now seems to have slowed down.
One thing I'm trying to get my head around is if I have a day where I take in more carbs than normal say due to sugars going low does that mean my body comes out of being in ketosis?
