Bitter Melon (Gourd) tea

Besides Bitter Melon tea which has been used for decades in China/India for glucose control, there are also Mulberry Leaves, Tartary Buckwheat Tea and Raw Puer Tea. There is likely to be little to no research on these as big pharma cannot really patent it...

But for post meal glucose control, they don't require weeks to take effect...in fact most works within 2 hours. You won't really need these if you are on low carb high fats with intermittent fasting. But if you like to have an occasional high carbs meal, these drinks are certainly helpful in normalizing the glucose levels.
