Just a bit concerned. The major downside to keto/low carb is that when people experience these kinds of anomalous or probematic results the communities don't really seem to want to know or have an answer. There are a lot of envagelists who talk up the lifestyle but walk away when someone has a few issues or problems etc.

Maybe because your BP isn’t particularly high or probably anything to do with what you eat? Did the pharmacist do three tests and average over a period of time or was it just one. Had you sat down for 10 minutes before the test. There are such a huge number of confounders for a BP reading and we have no idea what you had been doing before the test.
