Hi all, I have managed to get my Bp down to averageing 135/70's, with medication, and diet, this last couple of days, been feeling a bit light headed, dizzy, blurry vision, a bit sick, but as if I hav'nt eaten, and my Bp has dropped to 101/67's... my Bs,are still the same average 5.8's to 7.2's, was wondering if this is normal, or need to see GP sorry did'nt see the thread below, before posting this
