Hello folks, I need some advices on high blood sugar levels , for the past one month i'been lot of variation in my blood sugar levels I dont know why I was just following by regular diet with same dose what by endocrinologist advised still my sugar lives goes high(230 - 240) after 2 hours of my meal it sugar was in normal range 0f (140-160) earlier but from past few its like a mess I am worried does anyone has any idea on this a issue and I think my blood sugar spikes after my sleep even in the mid day nap is it normal or do I have to worry.... please anyone adress my issue
