Hey! Trying to work out if this is acceptable or not…
I’m self funding LibreLink 2 and it’s great for measuring bloods. Should I be worried if my bloods go up by 2.5 from certain foods? I don’t know what’s an acceptable rise?

Perfectly normal as long as it comes down inside 2 to 3 hours.
Now being 10 before eating & spiking to 12.5 wouldn't be considered great.
Ideally be about 5 then rise to 7 say after 1 hour then back at 5 again on the 2 hour.
