my blood sugar has gone very high 29.7 what is the best way to lower it.

Hi, BettyBoop. Are you feeling okay and are you on any meds? When/what did you last eat?

I would try to drink plenty of water and move around a bit but if I were you I would call 111 for medical advice to be safe as that's really high. Obviously I am not medically trained.

Highest I have ever been is 20 and I felt really ill, that was months ago.

Take care and keep safe. Xx

Please attend to that asap as that figure is not good. Are those numbers common for you?

Mike

Re-test again and see if it has dropped

If not, call for advice right away

have you checked for ketones?
if in doubt ring an ambulance, better safe than sorry
4 hrs since last shot may be ready for another QA correction shot ..ask nhs 24/7 or 111
