I'm wondering if anyone has has a letter like this before?
I've had blood tests repeated in the past, and I get the water thing, but the protein bit is interesting as it the strenuous muscular activity bit.
I'm assuming the results have shown something abnormal (not uncommon) and I'm curious! I do have a tendency for high iron levels, but this seems different.
I have no clue but the example of "strenuous muscular activity" amused me.
Gardening for me means trimming as few bushes and pulling up a few weeds which I don't consider strenuous.
Sure it could be digging out the roots of a large tree but not for most people.
Whereas carrying a week's worth of shopping up a steep hill (or rock climbing or going to the gym) seems more so.
I guess it is what you are used to - just an odd example.
Yea, it really is. I know when I work out I get high readings, so perhaps they just want to make sure I'm not giving false readings - which will be odd as my meter readings are dropping daily.
