Blood test was 6.3

I just scored 6.3 for my first ever test, I ate Asda tinned madras, about 10 small oven chips, and a piece of Burgen bread...Is that a normal range ???
 
That sounds good but how long after your meal did you test ?
 
2hrs 5 minutes, it took 5 minutes to jab my finger 3 times changing the settings and trying to get blood...ouch...at least I know which setting to use
 
Thanks Grazer, I was a tad anxious beforehand but I know im going to eat some " baddies" before I get a bigger picture, just glad to get that first one done and dusted :thumbup:
