Hi , hands are warm, just out of bed when I do my sugar levels, so shut your eyes, incase you go blind. ha haWarm the hands up first, also turn the depth setting dial up if your lancer device has one.
Hi you look good in your pic snowy my hands are warm when I get up and do bloods so I think perhaps to do with my arthritis, but thankyou, catch you againAgree with noblehead I had trouble to start with I try to warm my hands first my setting is on 3.

thankyou hot tap maybe a good idea will try itI normally wash my hands under a hot tap and dry thoroughly. Stand with hands by my side for a minute to allow blood to flow down to finger tips, then prick side of finger with a no.4 setting (might be different for you, whatever feels more comfortable) and then gently squeeze until a droplet appears. Try not to use either fore fingers or thumbs as these are the digits you use to pick most things up with and you don't want to damage nerve ends in them etc.
