Bloods and fasting

This one literally just popped up in my YouTube subscriptions box, I kid you not.

if eggs do raise my cholesterol

Rather than take my word for it, you can Google. Ingesting cholesterol does not affect the body's cholesterol levels, as Jim Lahet says, the more you eat the less the body makes, or was it the less we eat the more the body makes, same difference.
Even Ancel Keys and all he's accused of realised that eating cholesterol does not alter the body's cholesterol levels.

Sorry but my grandson is a body builder at times 16 eggs a day .

In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger

" Don't trash your yolks
For many years, bodybuilders discarded egg yolks because of concerns about saturated fats and cholesterol. If you're trying to lose body fat, or have high levels of LDL or total cholesterol, such concerns might be warranted. However, the yolk contains almost as much protein as the egg white, as well as a majority of an egg's vitamins and minerals.

If you're concerned about limiting fat in your diet, my suggestion is to do so by eliminating other foods rather than discarding the best part of the egg. Eggs, in fact, are one of the highest-quality protein sources around—well above poultry, fish, and even meat"

Absolutely. Eggs are the protein all other proteins have to measure up to. Eggs are the gold standard for protein values in an item.
