Just checked my results online.
Hba1c is down from 71 to 51
cholesterol 4
triglycerides 0.9
hdl 1.1
ldl 2.5
Still some work to do but heading in the right direction .
I've drifted a bit on my carb intake so i need to get back to behaving myself again, but i'm really happy i'm finally getting things under control thanks to a low carb diet and these forums.
