hi, you have posted in T2 with insulin but your profile says tablets. Which is right? Just because that will affect advice people give.
Your levels are very high and if on insulin a correction dose might be in order depending on insulin.
A call to 111 might be helpful too.

Ok. What type of insulin do you use?
 
That is a mixed insulin so a correction dose is not recommended.
I suggest calling 111 and asking for medical advice as numbers are high and you are on quite a mix of medication.
