Blurred Vision Hours After Having Bad Hypo?

Hi all
I am a bit worried this morning. as earlier I had a pretty bad hypo, which I did manage to control myself using hypostop, but now a few hours after it happened, I still have slightly blurred vision
Normally I can get blurry vision if my blood sugar drops a bit low, then as soon as it goes back up again, the problem goes away
I tested around 30-45 mins after the hypo and my sugar was 7.0 but my eye/s are still no better
Should I be worried? Im sure it hasnt lasted this long before, like I said above it normally goes away once my sugar level gets bk up to a reasonable level

Vision does go slightly blurry when low and also when high but should stabilise once levels have settled down, if at all concerned see your gp/opthamologist.

I would say. don't worry. As Nigel says, vision does go a bit odd. I have, on occasion, have a hypo, got blurry vision, only to recover and then go high, and get blurry vision from that..yoyo!

If its still blurry 2mro, go and see someone. Assume that you don't have floaters etc? If so, call the eye clinic and get an emergency appointment, but if not, probably nothing to worry about.

Also, when you were low, and having the hypo stop (hate the stuff!!, makes me sick every time) you didn't bang you head or something that if you were shaking a lot? Unlikely, but didn't want to ignore the possibility of concussion!

Take care

Thanks for the replies
My sugars have been up and down all day today, and are still a little high now, vision isn't as bad as I thought, will prob know by tomorrow if it's any better
I'm sure I did read as well that a sudden change in blood sugar, low/high etc can effect things like pressure etc
I'm sure I didn't pass out this morning, was quite close to the fitting stage though, caught it just in time I think, ad it woke me up!
