Blurry eye sight started metformin

This happened to me also, it wasnt the MF it was my sugars getting lower and how it affected my sight (close up) It did go but was rather scary
Ask an optician

Had same when bg was very high then brought down via insulin lasted several weeks in my case then eyesight was actually better. Could see ok distance, both mid range and closeup was really bad for a a couple of weeks before gradually improving optician as was due eye test which had booked had not bothered to test instead rebooked for a couple of months down the line they said was just eyes getting used to new levels. Was told if hadn't started to improve to call a couple of weeks prior to rescheduled appt .

Have you checked blood glucose levels a good few times hopefully it's improving for you
