borderline creatinine?

I have just had results back from recent hospital heart check. It states I'm perfect with everything except I have borderline creatinine at 115 umo/L (66-112).

I'm recently diagnosed T2 and have no idea what this borderline creatinine is all about. Can anybody translate for me please?
