Hiya @daisyduck, I didn't pull off any bits but I didn't have any chips. It did spike at 9 but was back under 7 within an hour... Was wondering about getting a treadmill since I never feel like going out after dinner at home though I guess the nights will be lighter soon....

Those numbers are too high for my comfort zone but that's just me.Well done on avoiding the chips! 9 doesn't sound so bad in comparison to the following guidelines.
Type 2 diabetes (Diabetes UK Council of Healthcare Professionals 2015)**
- before meals: 4–7mmol/l
- two hours after meals: less than 8.5mmol/l.
Those readings don't look too bad - how long was it before you were back to 7?Hiya @daisyduck, I didn't pull off any bits but I didn't have any chips.
