There is a fitness ranch a few miles from mine that does classes and just wanted other peoples thoughts on it. I am going to try it out on Monday and wanna see if its worth getting hubby to come along as dont know if he would enjoy it.

Problem is I have neck and shoulder damage so would have to take loads of painkillers to combat the pain. Somehow I dont think that's the point of boxercise lol
