Just wanted to share a tip for all of you type two's I was struggling to found a good bread for my breakfast and I came across the hovis weatgerm one and my bloods seem to be quite good after give it a try x
You might also want to try breads made with Spelt flour or Oats - they can be very tasty, not cause IBS symptoms and have a good lower-GI impact on blood sugars than wheat flour.
The downside is that they tend to be more expensive, but if you're cutting back on quantities (e.g. low carb) then it balances out.
