Breakfast On The Go

I have started making a frittata once a week it does 2 days worth of breakfast for me and my wife. Easy to make and cheap.
 
Greek yoghurt and a handful of mixed seeds or a small amount of fruit. I keep the pots so I can buy bigger sizes and decant for work. If really hungry add a boiled egg, I boil several at a time and keep them in the fridge.
