The pump bit works but the buttons no loner work, and some of the covering for them has fallen off. I won't be getting this make of pump again and I doubt I will ever get another one as hospital don't seem to want to bother. These needles are horrible

When I has a problem with my pump, I phone Rouche directly they dealt with it all, replacing the pump.. I e-mailed my clinic to let them know the details etc..
