last weekend i broke my right wrist and had to get metal plates put in hopefully it wont take to long to heal

6 weeks say the medics to a work colleague who did the same.

they gave me a note saying 7 still hurts allot when im trying sleep

Guess it depends on severity of the break? Hope you are getting physio etc.
