Just had a lovely late breakfast/early lunch. Sausage meat seasoned and mixed with finely chopped spring onions, shape into small patties, dip in seasoned coconut flour and fry in coconut oil. Ate mine with a fried egg and it was bloomin` marvellous! No idea yet of affect on my bg levels but I don`t think there are many carbs lurking therein so hopefully it will be minimal.
