BS rising after excercise

My fasting bs was 5.0 and i went for a 5km morning run. After running i measured again and the bs level was 5.6. I was expecting the the levels should go down after exercise. Should i be worried about this? I am diagnosed as prediabetic
 
strenuous exercise can give a 'sugar' release from the liver, called a liver dump. I would think it's normal.
