Hi, for the last couple of months I have found that my bsl stays at around 5.8-6.0 between meals. Even if the level drops after eating to around 5.3 it will quickly go back up to the higher level. Has anyone got any ideas about why this might be happening? I am currently eating around 50g of carbs a day and not many calories - around 800.
